This workshop sells out fast so do not wait to sign up it is my most popular adventure! Venice is a wonderful and romantic place to visit at any time of the year. But, during Carnival it is incredible. Set in a medieval setting with stunning architecture and history behind every door is a festival that photographers just should not miss the opportunity. Hundreds of people compete with each other for the most outrageous and creative costumes imaginable. The colours are breath-taking and the imagination of the designers is out of this world. You will not believe how many photos you will take I one day due to the amount of scenery to shoot! Your camera will need a nightly rest after each day to cool down. In addition to the many interesting people we will be shooting in San Marco Square and elsewhere in Venice, we will be in different
Twilight photography of some of the most famous architecture in the World, spectacular photos of costumed carnival participants, interior photography of the famous opera house Le Fenice, trips to St. George Island, the famous Rialto bridge, St. Marks Cathedral, and San Marco Square, critique of your work and how to improve, discussion of Adobe photoshop techniques and one of the most memorable experience you will ever have in your life. We stay at the same hotel in Venice so there is no unpacking and repacking. This trip entails a lot of walking as there is no roads in Venice. We photograph everything we can from Doge's palace to Burano Island which is famous for its unique and colourful architecture.
